PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove capable of properly performing pan-shaking cooking. SOLUTION: In this cooking stove provided with burners 1a, 1c for heating heated objects loaded on loading portions, and a burn control means H for controlling the operation of the burners 1a, 1c, a loading state detecting means D is mounted for detecting a heated object loading state in which the heated object is loaded on the loading portion, and a heated object non-loading state in which the heated object is not loaded on the loading portion, and the burn control means H determines whether the pot-shaking cooking is performed or not on the basis of the detection information of the loading state detecting means D during the burning of the burners 1a, 1c, and controls the operation of the burners 1a, 1c on the basis of heating conditions for pot-shaking when the pot-shaking cooking is determined.
