PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric appliance capable of reducing a pressure difference between an internal space and an external space. SOLUTION: A PCU as the electric appliance is mounted on a vehicle, and comprises a cabinet 301 which is mounted on the vehicle and has an internal space 301i, an inverter which is housed in the cabinet 301, for mutually inverting a direct current power and an alternating current power by a switching element, a pressure valve 1302 in which the internal space 301i can be interconnected to an external space 301u when a difference between a pressure of the internal space 301i and a pressure of the external space 301u exceeds a predetermined value, and a cover 1311 provided on an outer surface of the cabinet 301 for covering the pressure valve 1302.
