PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove even human body secretion by a low-cost facility without damaging a metal oxide film when removing foreign matters attaching to connection lead terminals of a circuit board by washing. SOLUTION: In a method of washing the connection lead terminals 3 formed in the terminal 2, etc. of a display panel 1, hot steam is injected against the connection lead terminals 3 by a nozzle 10, and then the connection lead terminals 3 are wiped by a fiber-made wiper member containing an organic solvent.
