PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan with respect to a fan frame and a fan wheel structure of the fan used to radiate heat of an ordinary electronic products and also used to central-advance air. SOLUTION: This fan mainly includes the fan frame, a fan wheel, and a driving device. The fan frame is provided with a cupola base provided with a hole passage and letting fluid flow, and a pivotal contact part is provided in the hole passage. The fan wheel is provided with a cupola provided with a through-hole and a plurality of blades. The blade is radially extended toward the outside from an outer ring face of the cupola, is extended toward an inner side up to the center of an end face of the cupola, and is connected with a receiving contact part. The driving device is installed in the fan frame and the fan wheel to drive the fan wheel. By bringing the receiving contact part of the fan wheel into pivotal-contact on the pivotal contact part of the fan frame, the fan wheel is installed in the fan frame, and the through-hole of the cupola and the hole passage of the cupola base form a central flow passage simultaneously. Consequently, when the driving device drives rotation of the fan wheel, fluid flows, quantity of heat at the center of an object mounted on the fan to attempt to dissipate heat is exhausted to improve heat dissipation efficiency, and quantity of heat generated by the driving device and the pivotal contact part is excluded to improve operation efficiency.
