PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental sheet for ornamenting a photograph or a picture which makes the stuck or inserted picture or photograph be seen three-dimensionally and beautifully and makes it utilizable as an interior decoration, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The ornamental sheet 10 for ornamenting the photograph and/or the picture has a picture part 20 formed of a sheet or paper of an arbitrary size on the surface of which a design 21 being a combination of pictures of various patterns and hues is drawn, a plurality of figure parts 30 which are laid on the picture part to give solidity to the design and have picture pieces 31 of various patterns and a sticker part 40 which makes the picture pieces laid and stuck on the surface of the picture part at arbitrary intervals and which has release paper 42 on the opposite sides and comprises stickers 41 of a plurality of sizes.
