PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary grater for relieving burden in grating food such as a vegetable, raising safety, keeping cleanliness, and preventing a user from having a skin irritation in hand by the food. SOLUTION: The whole body of the grater is formed by a tubular cylinder (1) for storing the vegetables to be grated and a box shape receiving box (4) for receiving the grated vegetables in a lower part. In the rotary grater, a bottom lid (3) internally having a pinholder (8) is screwed onto one side surface of the circular side surfaces of the tubular cylinder (1). A screw bar lid (2), including a conical grating plate (7) at an inner end part and a screw bar handle (5) at the other end by holding a screw bar (6) at the center, is screwed onto the other side surface.
