PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a desirable stored state of articles by making air circulation efficient in a storage container of food or garbage that can be sealed. SOLUTION: This storage container apparatus with ventilation is provided with a storage container 14, a cover member 19, and a ventilator 29 connectable to and releasable from the storage container 14. A vent passage 22 is provided along the vicinity of an open edge 14a of the storage container 14, and the vent passage 22 is provided with a vent opening 21 opened toward the inner part of the storage container 14. The vent passage 22 is in air communication with the ventilator 29 through an external opening 14c provided in the outer surface of the storage container 14, to efficiently supply or exhaust air to and from the inside of the storage container 14.
