<p>A simple tap for dispensing drinks, e.g. alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, has a horizontal connection (5) to a supply pipe and/or to a barrel, and a vertical outlet spout (6, 8). An axially moving plug (7) inside the outlet is operated by a tilt action dispensing handle (1) and a sprung connection which presses the plug onto the valve seat when the lever is released. The tap has no hidden cavities and is simple to clean.</p> |
