<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container cap for surely maintaining the sealed condition of a container and for preventing moisture, etc. from attaching to a rubber cap in sterilizing at a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This container cap 20 comprises a metallic inner cap 21 comprising a disk shaped top face part 23 forming an opening part 25 and a cylindrical part 24 hanging down from the outer periphery of the top face part 23 for covering the opening 3 of a container 1 sealed with a rubber cap 4 and a metallic outer cap 22 comprising a disk shaped top face 12 and a cylindrical part 14 hanging down from the bottom of the outer periphery of the top face 12 for covering the outside of the inner cap 21. By tightening the bottom parts 24a, 14a of the cylindrical parts 24, 14 of both caps 21 and 22 on the neck part 5 of the container 1 together, the container 1 is sealed airtight and secured.
