<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient wear allowing to be easily opened at a requested body region on an operation, treatment, inspection, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This patient wear 1 includes a front body 2 and a back body 3, each of which keeps longitudinal central part left and right cloth opened from a collar part 4 down to a hem so as to be overlapped each other at a predetermined allowance from the collar part 4 down to the hem to form a connecting part 9 that is transversely stitched on a lower part from a midst of an outer cloth 7 and an inner cloth 8. The collar part 4, which has a fastening member 10 detachably provided to the outer cloth 7 and the inner cloth 8, is on an upper part of the connecting part 9.
