<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing device of bottoming of an airbag for exactly sensing bottoming timing and a bottoming area when carrying out collision test by an airbag for test. <P>SOLUTION: The sensing device 100 of bottoming of the airbag detects a generation area and generation timing of bottoming about bottoming that both inner surface sides of an outer surface 3a and an inner surface 3b of a developed side airbag 3 are brought into contact with each other. A plurality of the conductive cloths on the outer side are provided on the inner side of the outer surface 3a of the side airbag 3. A plurality of the conductive cloths on the inner side arranged to face a plurality of the conductive cloths on the outer side, respectively are provided on the inner side of the inner surface 3b. The detection device 100 of bottoming of the airbag detects the generation area and generation timing of bottoming through a sensing part 11 of bottoming by sensing that these cloths are brought into contact with each other and electrically connected with each other through a continuity sensing part 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
