<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating device capable of reducing collision of a flying object into a blade and bird strike. <P>SOLUTION: A wind power generating device is provided with a tower erectly provided on the ground, a nacelle fixed on the tower, and a plurality of blades rotatably fixed on the nacelle via a hub, an obstacle searching device capable of detecting a flying object windward in front of the same, and a blade angle control means controlling angle change of a blade including a rotation stop position. The obstacle searching device continuously searches the flying object.
