<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation equipment capable of irradiating a light of high illuminance to the target which is to be irradiated with less energy loss and without increasing the size in the optical axis direction. <P>SOLUTION: The incidence flat surface 7a of a single-convex lens 7 is contacted and bonded to the emitting flat surface 20a of an LED20, so that the light going out from the LED20 at a wide angle is made incident on the single-convex lens 7 without leakage. The light incident from the LED20 is narrowed down to a prescribed angle by the single-convex lens 7. So, a light of high illuminance is irradiated on a target to be irradiated, with less energy loss and without increase in the size, in the optical axis direction of light irradiation equipment 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
