PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain downsizing and weight reduction of a cooler for an device while the cooling performance is maintained high. SOLUTION: The cooler is configured so that a PDU 4 operating when a vehicle runs and an air-conditioner driver 9 operating when the vehicle is stopped are installed in series arrangement in the second cooling passage 23 of the cooler 1.
