PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a rotary grinding wheel on a rotary shaft member, for providing high processing accuracy, by restraining vibration in rotation. SOLUTION: This rotary grinding wheel 1 is provided with a shaft hole 4 to be fitted in the rotary shaft member 5, and has a spacer 8 on an inner peripheral surface 6 of the shaft hole 4. In this spacer 8, clearance between the inner peripheral surface 6 of the shaft hole 4 and an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft member 5, is substantially uniformized in the peripheral direction of the shaft hole 4 in a state of fitting the shaft hole 4 in the rotary shaft member 5.
