PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate eccentricity of servo information signals in a disk drive assembly process. SOLUTION: The disk drive assembly process optically detects markers 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d formed on the front side of a magnetic disk 5 and a center of a hub 20 and adjusts a projection amount of positioning pins 26a, 26b, 26c on the basis of the detection result to correct the eccentricity between the magnetic disk 5 and the hub 20.
