PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for realizing data processing for which an optimum correspondence between a logical processor and a physical processor has been set. SOLUTION: In a configuration for performing data processing by associating the logical processor with the physical processor, entry setting for a table and update processing are executed, by applying a first conversion table for converting a logical partition address (virtual physical address) space into a physical address space and a second conversion table for converting the virtual address space into the physical address space, thereby modifying the correspondence between the logical processor and the physical processor. With the configuration, it becomes possible to execute data processing for which the optimum correspondence between the logical processor and the physical processor has been set in consideration of a load on hardware and the mode of a data processing program.
