PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for a needle bearing with an extruded portion less liable to break while securing a sufficient amount of extrusion, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the cage 12 for the needle bearing 10, the side face (the peripheral side face) of a guide portion 12d is pressed at both sides and pushed up outward in the radial direction.
