PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit excellent sound insulation performance in a sound insulation structure installed below a joint expansion gap of a bridge such as a road bridge. SOLUTION: A gel-like material 82 having excellent anti-freezing property is injected in a bag body 81 expandable and contractable in the bridge axial direction of the road bridge 1. Since the sound absorption efficiency of the gel-like material 82 injected in the bag body 81 is high, excellent sound insulation performance can be realized. Even if the joint expansion gap 4 is increased in winter, and even if the joint expansion gap 4 is decreased in summer, the bag body 81 is elongated and contracted in the axial direction of the bridge according to the change in joint expansion gap to maintain high sound insulation performance.
