PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein heating temperature exceeding 200°C has been necessary for controlling a dusting phenomenon and thermoplasticity, when a metal phosphate, sucrose and vinyl acetate resin are used as single binders, respectively. SOLUTION: This binder composition is characterized by further combining a composition comprising sucrose and a metal phosphate with vinyl acetate resin. Thus, the dusting phenomenon and thermoplasticity of the binder composition can be eliminated at a heating temperature of≤200°C, and has an excellent adhesive strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
