PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of performing stable vehicle behavior control for a vehicle using a drum brake. SOLUTION: This control device is for the vehicle provided with the drum brake. Whether or not brake pressure larger than a prescribed value is applied to the drum brake is judged before starting the vehicle behavior control (S12). When the brake pressure larger than the prescribed value is not applied before starting the behavior control, the behavior control is performed without using braking force of the drum brake (S28). As a result, the stable behavior control is made possible without using the drum brake in an operation region where the brake pressure is small and the braking force is difficult to be adjusted.
