PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform which can surely be set under a horizontal mode when the platform needs to be used under the horizontal mode. SOLUTION: In case where a stopper 150 supposedly has been set at a horizontal mode position, but actually, the stopper 150 is not accurately set at the horizontal mode position, a protuberance section 135a which is formed on a hinge 135 and a fifth surface S5 of a stopper block 151 approach and face each other. The protuberance section 135a comes into contact with the fifth surface S5 by a developing motion of a distal section loading platform 132, and the stopper block 151 is driven clockwise, and is corrected to the horizontal mode position.
