PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active seat control device and an active seat control system for controlling an active seat, capable of enhancing the seating feeling at the time of running along a curve irrespective of the physique of an occupant or the position of the seat. SOLUTION: Tilting parameters for tilting the seat 102 at the time of running along a curve according to the occupant (physique of the occupant and seating attitude) and the position of the seat 102 (driver's seat, front passenger seat, rear seat, etc.) are prepared individually from the vehicle speed, transverse acceleration, steering angle, and images of the head and shoulders of the occupant.
