PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device for a fuel tank of a motor cycle where a breather hose does not interfere with a steering handlebar. SOLUTION: The breather device is equipped with a steering stem 8, a steering handlebar 19 disposed on the above, the fuel tank 3, and the breather hose 23 connected to the upper end part of the steering stem 8. The breather device is equipped with a mounting member 14 for the breather hose which is connected to the breather hose 23, and mounted to the upper end part of the steering stem 8. The mounting member 14 for the breather hose is composed of a locking piece 31 locked to the center hole 25 formed on the steering stem 8, and a pipe 32 for connecting extending from the locking piece 31 in the approximately horizontal direction.
