PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a apparatus for producing a solidified product of grinding sludge having a reduced installation area and capable of being incorporated into a production line or the like where grinding sludge is generated. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for producing a solidified product of grinding sludge comprises: a compression chamber 31 extending to the upper and lower directions; a pressing cylinder 32 of pressing grinding sludge stored in the compression chamber 31 from the above; and a bottom wall 34 provided at the bottom part of the compression chamber 31 so as to be freely opened and closed in such a manner that it supports the grinding sludge from the below.
