PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine which enables the rational training of the great adductor muscle and mesogluteus. SOLUTION: The training machine has a rotary shaft on which is fixed the right main arm 202a for receiving the touch pressure of the right leg, a rotary shaft on which is fixed the left main arm 202b for receiving the touch pressure of the left leg while being allowed to be mutually linked to the rotary shaft, an adduction support point pulley 28 acting at the support point in the training of the great adductor muscle, an adduction support point pulley 29 acting at the support point in the training of the mesogluteus, a drive disc 23 as the drive part which is provided with the rotary shaft having the right main arm 202a fixed thereon so as to make the rotary shaft rotatable loosely while the rope tied to the weight is linked thereto and a setting lever 24 as a setting means which is included in the right main arm 202a to detachably fix the arm on the drive disc 23. The setting lever 24 sets the position of starting the oscillation of the right main arm 202a in the training of the great addutor muscle and the mesogluteus while minimizing the playing of the arm at the start of its oscillation in the training of the mesogluteus.
