PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening planting method in which a soil storage part is readily controlled on the inside of a building, or the like, without an opening of a window when carrying out greening of outer wall surface from the halfway in height direction without creeping vines such as a vine from the ground or when an altitude position such as outer wall surface of road side wall of elevated super highway to which human's hand does not reach usually, outer wall surface in two story part of house, roof, veranda wall, and the like. SOLUTION: In the greening and planting method for greening outer wall surface 13 by creeping vines T such as the vine along the outer wall surface 13 facing to the outside 15 of the building 1, or the like, a through hole 12 from the outer wall surface through a wall body 10 to the inner wall surface 16 facing the inside 14 of the building, or the like, is formed and a soil storage part 11 is installed on the inside 14 of the building, or the like, and vanes such as the vane planted in the soil storage part are extended from the through hole to the outside of the building, or the like, and crept along the outer wall surface.
