SOLUTION: The unauthorized use of contents to be transmitted is prevented and time required for the transmission processing of contents is shortened since this content transmitter 6 of this invention has a basic data extraction part 21 which extracts basic data 50 including partial data to be required for reproducing data as significant information from the contents and element specification information indicating what element of the contents the partial data is from the contents and separately transmits the basic data 50 and basic omission data 51 after the basic data 50 is extracted to a content acquisition processor 8.
