<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building management system for efficiently performing management business of equipment by automatically collecting setting data of the equipment into a database to unitarily manage the setting data. <P>SOLUTION: A local controller 4 connected to an equipment device 5 installed in a building collects setting information of the equipment device 5 and collects setting information of the equipment device after replacement in response to detecting replacement of the equipment device 5, and a center server 1 which collects setting information of the equipment device 5 from the local controller 4 stores the setting information in a database 1a and displays setting information of the equipment device 5 before and after replacement, on a monitor and control terminal 2 as a picture in response to replacement of the equipment device 5, whereby erroneous setting at the time of replacement of the equipment device is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
