COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and communication method in which substantial throughput of communication is improved by canceling overhead accompanied with transmission of a plurality of frames by improving efficiency of a frame format.

SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises: a means for constructing a physical frame where any one of a data frame, a delivery acknowledgement frame and a delivery acknowledgement request frame and a transmission permission frame permitting piggyback transmission to a destination terminal are aggregated; and a means for transmitting the physical frame to the destination terminal. The piggyback transmission is to transmit the physical frame where the delivery acknowledgement frame and at least one MAC frame are aggregated from the destination terminal to a transmission source.
