PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a voltage having large-temperature dependency under a low operating power source voltage in a semiconductor integrated circuit apparatus having a temperature detection function.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit apparatus comprises a temperature-current conversion circuit for outputting a first current proportional to temperature; a constant current source circuit for outputting a second current having extremely small-temperature dependency; a current substraction circuit for outputting a third current proportional to the difference between the first current and the second current; and a current-voltage conversion circuit for converting the third current into a voltage. It is hereby possible to generate a voltage having large-temperature dependency under a low operating power source voltage.
