<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waterproofness between a cover and the end of a grommet. <P>SOLUTION: An opening 5 is provided in one cover 2 and fitted with an elastic waterproof grommet 4 for passing a wire, and the other cover 3 is bonded to one cover thus constituting a box 6. In such a fixing structure of waterproof grommet where the other cover touches the end of the waterproof grommet, an extension rib 20 entering deeper than the end face 9a of the waterproof grommet while pressing the end face is formed on the other cover 3. Front end face 15 intersecting the end face 9a of the waterproof grommet 4 is made to butt against the front end face 17a of a grommet fitting portion 37 so that the extension rib 20 presses the end face of the waterproof grommet at a part close to the rear end. The rib 24 of an inner member 21 is made to butt against the rear end face 18 of the waterproof grommet. The other cover 3 is provided with a waterproof packing 11 contiguously to the extension rib 20.
