<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal tone resin film excellent in usability in which there is no break of a metal layer and a skin layer on which hairlines are formed can hardly be peeled. <P>SOLUTION: An acrylic based peel layer (2) is laminated on a printing auxiliary film (1) consisting of a PET film, on which a metallic ink is printed by gravure printing and a printing layer (3) is laminated, on which an adhesion layer (4) is laminated and a transfer film (10) is formed. On a substrate layer (5) consisting of a thermoplastic film such as ABS or the like, the transfer film is thermal transferred turning the adhesion layer downward, then the printing auxiliary film is eliminated and a printing film (11) is formed. On the peel layer of the printing film, a covering layer (6) consisting of an acrylic film is laminated by a thermal press laminate method.
