PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide under-bracing which eases a locational limit by enabling the under-bracing to be embedded in the state of being fastened to a utility pole, even in a place where the use of the under-bracing is considered conventionally difficult from a physical or legal standpoint. SOLUTION: This under-bracing 1 comprises: a base part 2 which is equipped with a retainer part 3 capable of abutting on a prescribed side surface of the utility pole 15, and through-holes 4 and 4 arranged on both the sides of the retainer part 3 and drilled from a surface 2a on the side of the formation of the retainer part 3 to a surface 2b on the other side; and a supporting part 5 which is extended out in the direction opposite to the retainer part 3 from the side of the provision of one through-hole 4 of the retainer part 3 in the base part 2.
