PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle lifting device capable of smoothly lifting a saddle by a small-sized motor, and being attached to a bicycle so as not to be bulky. SOLUTION: A screw shaft 11 extending downward from the saddle 50 is inserted in a saddle post 51 on a vehicle body side to be screwed. An upper receiver 1 and a lower receiver 2 are respectively attached to an lower part of the saddle 50 and an upper part of the saddle post 51. A motor 22 is stored under a rear part of the saddle 50. A driving belt 25 is looped over a pulley 23 of an output shaft of the motor 22 and a pulley 24 of an upper part of the screw shaft 11, thereby transmitting rotations of the motor 22 to the screw shaft 11. A spring 10 energizing the upper receiver 1 to the lower receiver in an upward direction is provided.
