PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide a decorative sheet having an excellent repelling capacity (anti-staining properties) and durability. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet for use in the state laminated on an adherend material, (1) the decorative sheet has at least a base material sheet, a pattern layer, a transparent resin layer and a surface protective layer in succession, (2) the surface protective layer is formed of a composition containing an ionizing radiation polymerizable oligomer (a) and a reactive silicone acrylate (b) and (3) the ionizing radiation polymerizable oligomer comprises a mixture composed of 40-80 wt.% of a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A) having at least two radical polymerizable unsaturated groups in one molecule thereof and 60-20 wt.% of an aliphatic urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (B) having 3-15 radical polymerizable unsaturated groups in one molecule thereof.
