PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in recording quality by ensuring an appropriate platen gap. SOLUTION: In the recording head where a guide roller 56 for holding the gap between the distal end 53A of a nose 53 for guiding a recording wire and the surface of a recording sheet is fixed to the vicinity of the distal end 53A of the nose 53 through a roller supporting member 57, the roller supporting member 57 is integrally provided with a shaft for supporting the guide roller 56 rotatably and a base portion 57A for fixing the roller supporting member 57 to the nose wherein the base portion 57A is fixed to the nose 53 through a low heat conduction member 64.
