PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed device of a strip-like member capable of being installed in a conventional space, capable of peeling the strip-like member taken up by a high rigidity liner from the high rigidity liner without imparting tensile deformation to the strip-like member to unwind the same and capable of feeding the strip-like member to a molding machine at a constant speed. SOLUTION: A pair of the left and right takeup drum 7 and unwinding drum 8 of the high rigidity strip-like liner Rx are provided on the frame 5 of a feed truck 1 executed by a peeling device through bearing members 6a and 6b so that their main shafts of both drums can be rotated at a predetermined interval. A shakable member peeling means 9 for peeling a strip-like rubber member W from the high rigidity strip-like liner Rx is provided in the vicinity of the unwinding drum 8 and a dancer unit 10, a feed device 11 equipped with a cutter 11a and a molding machine 12 are respectively installed in close vicinity to the member peeling means 9. As the material of the strip-like line Rx, a hard resin material or a metal material, for example, an aluminum alloy is used and formed into a strip shape having a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width.
