<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell evaluation testing device in which a gas in a desired temperature condition can be supplied to the fuel cell even if supply conditions of the gas to the fuel cell are largely varied. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell evaluation testing device 1 has a gas passage 2 through which the gas to be supplied to the fuel cell 10 is circulated, and a thermostatic means 5 capable of housing the fuel cell 10. In the midway of the gas passage 2, a temperature control means 6 capable of controlling the temperature of the gas, and a humidity control means 7 capable of controlling the humidity of the gas are installed. As for a thermostatic chamber 60 of the thermostatic means 5, the inside temperature is controllable according to a test temperature of the fuel cell 10. In the thermostatic chamber 60, a fine temperature control means 50 into which the gas flowing in the gas passage 2 flows is arranged.
