<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent leakage of a fuel gas from a fuel cell without causing increase of a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: Outer peripheral brim parts of separators 7, 9 are made protruded outside from the outer peripheral brim part of a fixed polymer film 1, and an air flow passage 19 for seal in which air provided with a pressure to suppress leakage of the fuel gas flowing in the fuel gas flow passage 7a of the fuel cell to the outside flows is installed between mutually protruding sites of the respective separators 7, 9. One part of the air which is an oxidizer gas to be supplied to the air flow passage 9a of the fuel cell is flowed in the air flow passage 19 for the seal. The inner seal part 18 provided with inner seal materials 15, 17 is installed at the inside of the air flow passage 19 for the seal, and the outer seal part 26 provided with outer seal materials 23, 25 is installed at the outside of the air flow passage 19 for the seal, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
