INK QUALITY DETECTOR, INK QUANTITY DETECTION METHOD, PRINTING DEVICE AND STENCIL PROCESS PRINTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a control trouble such as sensor abnormality or motor malfunction due to the deposition of ink on the sensor or motor by preventing the ink from being scattered into a plate cylinder.

SOLUTION: A sensor 2 with a filler is configured mainly of a filler 3 as a displacement member which can be displaced in compliance with the size of an ink fountain 27 by the contact of the ink fountain 27 with an ink surface part, and an optical sensor 4 (a photosensor 4) of a light transmission type as a detection means which detects the ink quantity of the ink fountain 27 by detecting the displacement state of the filler 3.
