PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for alignment control and protrusion formation applicable for simultaneous formation with a structure such as formation of a protrusion for alignment control, the protrusion for the alignment control and space, and to provide a transfer material using the photosensitive resin composition, a liquid crystal display element without display irregularities by possessing a wide visibility angle and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for structure formation in a liquid crystal cell or the like contains a photo-initiator, a polymerization monomer, a resin including a cross-linking group and an alkali-soluble group.
