PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a seal function by uniformly exhausting air to the periphery of a rotating shaft in any of high-speed rotation, low-speed rotation, and no-rotation. SOLUTION: In this non-contact seal structure, the air is exhausted through a clearance between the rotating shaft and a housing surrounding the rotating shaft to perform the seal function. A second constricted part 16 is formed near a constricted part in an air flow passage to the constricted part 12 between the tip part of the rotating shaft and the housing, and air pockets 14 and 18 are formed on both sides of the second constricted part 16.
