PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which electrode members can be fixed on a frame with high reliability without increasing manufacturing cost in a speaker unit. SOLUTION: A pair of electrode members 3, 3 are mounted on both ends of a resin-made frame 21, and each of the electrode members 3 is made of a sheet metal. The structure is provided with the holder 31 of a U-shaped cross section to be fixed on a held portion 23 while holding the held portion 23 provided on the end of the frame 21, and a strip-like elastic arm 32 extending along the back surface of the frame 21 from the holder 31. A pair of engaging pieces 33, 34 opposing both the ends of the held portion 23 of the frame 21 and each protruding toward the held portion 23 are formed on a crisscross position interposing the held portion 23 on the holder 31 of the electrode members 3.
