<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker capable of performing a frying cooking excellent in eating quality while capable of heating even an inner part without being burned. <P>SOLUTION: This cooker includes a short-time oil temperature raising mode start operation part. When a temperature control part keeps the temperature of oil stored in a load pot to be the first temperature, a short-time oil temperature raising mode start instruction input part receives the instruction of a user. In this case, the temperature control part raises the temperature to the second temperature when the first temperature is lower than the second temperature, keeps it for a prescribed time, and then, allows the temperature to be the first temperature so as to continue a temperature keeping operation.
