PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition superior in releasability from the adjacent coating layer and adapted to a material for an optical fiber up-jacket. SOLUTION: The radiation curing type liquid resin composition for the optical fiber up-jacket includes the following components (A)-(E): (A) urethane (meth)acrylate obtained by the reaction of polyol, polyisocyanate, and hydroxyl group containing (meth)acrylate; (B) a monofunctional radiation curing monomer; (C) a multifunctional radiation curing monomer; (D) 5-60 mass% inorganic particle or polymer particle having the mean particle diameter of 0.1-100μm; and (E) 1-20 mass% polyol or silicone compound having the mean molecular weight of≥1,000.
