PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable waterproof case for electronic equipment capable of preventing the electronic equipment from getting out of order even when water enters the inside by improving a waterproof structure. SOLUTION: The opening part of a camera (electronic equipment) storage case 1 constituting a camera storage case part 31 is sealed with a back lid 21, which is locked with a hook 25 etc. Further, an O-ring 24 is provided to the gap between the opening part and back lid 21 to make the camera storage case part 31 watertight. Similarly, a battery case part 32 which stores a battery 7 supplying electric power to a camera is made watertight by using a battery box 5, a seal member 5a, a lid 6 exclusively for the battery, etc., and provided inside the camera storage case part 31.
