PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and simple fish-eye lens inspection device for inspecting the performance of a fish-eye lens, by lighting a projection chart for performance inspection to project its picture on the inner surface of a hemispherical translucent screen via the fish-eye lens and by inspecting the performance of the fish-eye lens by observing the picture from the outer surface side of the translucent screen. SOLUTION: The projection chart 12 for performance inspection is arranged on the imaging surface of the inspected fish-eye lens 10, and an illumination light source 14 is arranged on the rear surface side. The hemispherical translucent screen 16 is arranged on the front surface side of the inspected fish-eye lens 10, the picture of the projection chart 12 is projected on the inner surface side of the translucent screen 16, and the picture is observed from the outer surface side of the translucent screen 16 to perform the performance inspection.
