PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjustment mechanism having no backlash and no looseness between members. SOLUTION: The angle adjustment mechanism for finely adjusting the turn angle of a ring 2 held turnably, a pressing tip 3 that is supported elastically via a spring and varies the turn angle by turning the ring by applying the pressing force in the tangential direction at an edge of the ring, a stopper 4 that is held rockably via a pivot shaft P and abuts on the head of the pressing tip 3 to regulate the turn of the ring 2, and a rod 5 for finely adjusting the turn angle of the ring 2 by increasing or decreasing the pressing force to the ring 2 of the pressing tip 3 by rocking the stopper 4.
