The ball play racquet has a racquet framework (2) for allowing a springing covering (4) and a shaft. Connected from the racquet framework and shaft is a racquet grip, where the framework (2) and the shaft is a hollow frame made of several layers. The walls of the racquet framework and or the shaft (6, 6a) increase of rigidity of the racquet (1). Between two layers a span (11, 12) is created. The span, provides a spacer between the layers and is of a material having a density lower than density of the layers. The spacer situation is made from a small specific weight material and provided from a honeycombed structure.
